FYI, I had a special N number reserved for years for my Legacy (N386DW).  The paint designer/artist I’m working with recommends using shorter N numbers that will fit and look better on the small(er) Legacy airplanes.  Just passing this on because there aren’t really that many short N numbers still available, at least for the combination of numbers and characters that I desire.  As such, you may want to consider and search the FAA website for the shortest N numbers first ,,,
