B&C Specialties sells a nice ground bus and firewall penetration bolt setup.  I have one large bank of ground tabs behind the panel that everything runs to.  I have a small ground bus aft of the baggage compartment and a small ground bus on the engine side of the firewall.  They are all connected with a big ol' #2 wire.  Works great in my ES.
