One possibility that would exhibit just these symptoms is that the Airspeed Indicator static side system is open to cockpit pressures.  On closed canopy airplanes, the cockpit pressure is lower than ambient pressure during flight and the difference increases with airspeed.  If the Altimeter is displaying the correct altitude, the leak is internal to the Airspeed indicator. 
 
Were you flying at the same altitude as the 360?
