Scott,
Many builders, myself included,
imbeded the aileron trim tab. It was much easier for me, as my ailerons
weren't pre-built and I planned for them from the start. Mine works great
and it really wasn't that difficult to do. I've never had to move my tab
more than it's own width in one direction or the other to balance the
ailerons.
