Hi Bill! Yes- Back from Margarita Island and we had a fantastic vacation! Already looking forward to next year! The L-4PT is looking better! Already fixed the co-pilot wing and pilot winglet(needs paint on both). I am ready to test for leaks in the center tank, but am waiting for new fuel drains. I have found 4 Walter 601-D engines ranging from $20k with a hub and prop to a rebuilt Diemech Turbine for $45k without hub or prop!

I would sure like to see your plane fly! Maybe we can meet at Los Banos over the week-end and have lunch-I'll buy to celebrate! See You! jim

PS- I met Bob Mackey @ Reid Hillview Airport last week! Another expert on Lancairs. He mentioned how an Angle of Attack indicator can talk to you to warn you when the Landing gear in not down prior to landing! He's an EE like yourself!
