I've just installed the flaps, the flap crossover tubes, and the actuator arms on each of my wings.  I've adjusted the crossover tube length such that the bellcrank arms move pretty much parallel to each other.  The actuator arms are also fairly parallel to each other as well as to the direction of flight when the flaps are fully extended.  Thing is, when I extend and deploy the flaps by hand, they still tend to bind, mostly when entering the curved section of the flap track.

I'm not sure how easily the flaps should move with the wings mounted on the plane, or what else exactly to check for the travel.  It just seems like it should be smoother than it is.

This is a recently purchased kit, so the bellcranks were already mounted on the wings, and the flap track brackets were already assembled.

Any ideas?
