Check the stiffness of the glass holding the balance
weight. If it's thin the balance point moves opposite the aileron movement
... shifting the weight forward then back and cycling the perfect balance
point. It's in the archives for the correction. This problem first
surfaced over 10 years ago and comes around periodically.
