I recall some discussion that the hydraulic cylinder
on the Lancair IV had a bit too much travel for the balance of the flap
linkage. I did a search of the archives, but could not conjure up the right
word combination.
What is the current wisdom on this topic? Are mods
required to shorten the cylinder stroke? Disclosure: I have an OLD set of
hardware, so this may be a problem that has since been addressed by the
factory, that is, if it was a problem.
