There are a couple of ways of doing the job with Alum.
I will keep you posted.
I have not heard of any nose gear over center link failures. Can you enlighten me?
Has this been a major issue?

The nose gear over center links would be greatly improved by a redesign with a rod end bearing as used on the main landing gear links.  A design utilizing thicker bar stock of steel alloy versus aluminum alloy would be stronger.  This would provide more material for supporting the bearing and should also reduce the number of NLG linkage failures that occur.
I am very interested in the improved NLG links and MLG links if you also decided to make those.
