FYI, while on Chelton’s website (experimental section) I noted
the following (direct quote below)
“Introducing Chelton's own proprietary GADAHARS. All the Chelton
EFIS systems now come with the Chelton GADAHRS. Brilliantly designed, tested,
proven and available. Click for more information (http://www.cheltonflightsystems.com/EX/specs.html)”
I obviously ‘looks like’ the pinpoint. Was this
always offered as a Chelton product (i.e. re-branded) or is this a new
arrangement? For some reason I feel more comfortable with Chelton’s
name on it (responsibility, support, liability, etc), even though it’s roots
are perhaps still a mystery to the public.
