 I have the reiff system, oil pan heater and cylinder band heaters.
 Relying on GAMI & John Deakin as the gosspil, I leave my system pluged in
24/7 anytime the weather gets cold. The notion of the pre-heat system causing
humidity is an OWT (old wife's tail)
 I have been operating my system this way for 2 years.  It has worked
flawlessly.
