Peak torsional loading is certainly an issue for the engine subsystem, but if the coupling between the engine and PSRU is done properly, the torsional  excitation applied to the PSRU drive gear can be made to virtually disappear. That level of attenuation also provides the prop with a turbine-like vibration environment.
