 I added headrests to the stock Lancair seat frames.  My entire interior
 including headliner and carpet didn't cost what the any of the upgrade
 seat frame kit costs.
 Here are some pics.  All done in BMW original leather and Mercedes wool
 carpeting.

 against them. I have Jim Griffins seats now but I didn't get
 head rests and should have, I was going to get the Oregon
 Aero seat until I heard the price. I have been talking to
 Exclusive Aircraft Interiors and they said they could add
 a head rest to my current seats so will see what's involved
 with that
