From my experience, there is seldom a clear answer to where the money
 has gone.  It is usually just pure business loss caused by poor
 decisions, bad management, bad economic times and sometimes as mentioned
 earlier, money being spent on toys.  The reason it happens is not as
 important as the fact that it has happened.  It only raises false hope
 for people to think that Kirk or Chelton or anyone else is going to step
 forward and make everyone whole.
