I have heard many rumors. They make me laugh. Long on imagination. Short on logic.
I was flipping through TV channels a while back and saw the last few seconds of a program about the JFK assassination.  One of the "experts" closed the program with a comment that is apropos here: A conspiracy theory is always so much more interesting and intriguingly -- why would anyone ever want to delve into the facts?  They are so bland, boring and unbendable if not to our liking.

We have heard many stories, many speculations, many rumors and many innuendos.  A rumor or allegation, repeated frequently and forcefully enough, achieves the force of truth.  Unless you have specific and verifiable facts that you would like to share publicly, lets give our imagination a rest.  The bankruptcy courts will make sure that all the facts will come out in time -- lets not try and create our own facts to get there in a hurry.

Serious allegations of impropriety have been made against individuals that are not in a position to defend themselves.  Did the company fail because the owners misappropriated money for personal use? Did the company fail because it tried to provide products and services for which it was not charging enough?  Did the company fail because someone owed it money and the bank pulled the line of credit because the account receivables were getting too stale? I do not have answers to any of those questions and choose not to speculate.  Unless you had access to D2A's books and are willing to publicly share what you saw, you are in no better position that me.  Frustrating as it may be for all of us, lets wait for facts.

Regards,

Hamid
