Bill,
You are implying some fairly serious allegations of inimicable behavior
on the part of D2A persons that is directly related to the events of the
last few months. Credibility and integrity of all the players in the
sordid affair are in question, and to throw out such open ended,
unsubstantiated information is damaging and damning to Kirk and the
other parties involved with D2A. Perhaps it's all true and this is only
the tip of the iceberg, but since you opened this issue, I think you owe
followup information to ensure that if someone's honesty, integrity and
good name are smear by implication, that you tell us:
1. The land being sold in Oregon and California. Who owned it? When
did they buy it? What did they owe on it? How do you know that they
didn't own this land previous to these problems, perhaps even prior to
their involvement with D2A and are liquidating it as part of devastating
financial losses they incurred? Perhaps a small down payment had been
made on the properties and they see now that they will be unable to meet
future obligations and the only responsible thing to do is sell it. Your
implication is they sacked the money from the company and are in the
process of running---how do you know that?
2. Corvette. Basically, the same questions.
If you have first hand, factual knowledge, that's fine; share what you
know and let everyone judge and drawing their own conclusions, but to
throw out these innuendos and the associated beggarly implication is
astounding.
I don't know, nor have I ever met, a single person from Chelton, D2A,
PinPoint, CrossBow and this assortment of consultants involved, but
given the odorous behavior and character assassinations going on, I hope
never to. We look forward to your clarifying facts.

As an ES builder who paid our panel provider in full for the complete
CFS experimental system last spring and to date nothing has been
delivered to us or to our panel builder, I'm somewhat confused as to
why, as one fellow builder put it, we should feel sorry for Kirk. Also
someone queried where the money went. Pure speculation on my part might
suggest some of it went for the real estate holdings in Oregon and
California, the recently completed very trick ES, or possibly the
$85,000 2006 Corvette which is for sale on Ebay? Only time will tell.
