Hi Tom, Wow, something's bad wrong. The AL fuel lines in the cabin should be
low pressure and AL lines will handle at least a couple thousand psi. In
most aircraft applications (fuel and hydraulics) AL lines last the life of
the plane. Where are the pinholes developing? Was a proper tubing bender
used to bend it? Proper flares? Is it tied down securely at reasonable
intervals to avoid excessive vibration? Is it padded  where it might touch
other components? Are you sure it's the line itself and not the connections?
Have you tried Dell fittings? Bring it by, let's take a look.
