You are asking technical guys a business question.  A concise answer will be forthcoming from Chelton. I would recommend you email them at sales@cheltonflightsystems.com  and give them an accurate briefing on your situation. Please remember that this was a surprise to everyone, including CFS, and that they are now, over the holidays, trying to sort out the situation.
