Talking about customer service, I took my 2 Lightspeeds in to have the
clamping pressure adjusted and to have the ANR circuit fixed on one. (it
was causing static)
While I waited (30 minutes) they did the following:
Replaced the ANR circuit as requested
Adjusted clamping pressure on both headsets
Replaced both mics with their latest
technology
Gave me my choice on their latest new ear cushions
for both headsets.
Total cost? Nothing. And they did it with a smile.
I know Bose is good, but I'll stick with Lightspeed. These are very
nice headsets for the price.

Just data point. I left my
Lightspeed headsets on the wing at startup. shorted the noise canceling
circuit, Broken stirrup, worn ear seal and pinched cord. Total cost to repair;
zero. Returned in one week. Customer service; priceless.
