I have two Lightspeed headsets and I am extremely happy with them. I
lost a small part of one set and called Lightspeed for a replacement. I
explained that I had lost the part and wanted to buy a replacement.
They insisted on shipping the replacement part free of charge. I told
this story to a group of people standing in front of Lightspeed's booth
at OSH this summer. I have never dealt with a company more committed to
customer service.
