I lost a small part of one set and called Lightspeed for a replacement. I explained that I had lost the part and wanted to buy a replacement. They insisted on shipping the replacement part free of charge. I told this story to a group of people standing in front of Lightspeed's booth at OSH this summer. I have never dealt with a company more committed to customer service. Craig Berland I'm considering buying a lightspeed.... Anyone who wnat to share the experince?? Roger Iverin > Just data point. I left my Lightspeed headsets on the wing at startup. > shorted the noise canceling circuit, Broken stirrup, worn ear seal and > pinched cord. Total cost to repair; zero. Returned in one week. > Customer service; priceless. > =20 > Peter Hebert
