First of all, I want to thank everybody that made a phone call or sent an e mail on my behalf after the nosewheel shimmy and motor mount damage. It was a bit of a thrash for Reno, but because of people like Dave Austin, Todd Whiteley, Pat McGarry, Tom McNeilly, the Superior crew and you guys, we made it to Reno. THANK YOU. The support this forum gave me was immediate and positive. I am super proud to be a part of this family. Thank you one and all. Secondly, you will be proud that a little ole' four-banger Lancair 360 is in front of two six-cylinder Rockets! Now, you know the "little" four banger is Superior's new XP-400... This engine impresses me more every day. I wish you guys could take a ride with me and see for yourself... I qualified at 253.9 mph around the course, and we flew our first race today. Overall, the Little Lancair That Could is - hopefully - bringing credit upon both Lancair and especially Superior Air Parts. Talk to you guys again soon. Fly safe. Scotty G
