Quick question on the use of WLS primer.  If I want to add more primer to an existing layer, do I need to sand between coats?  Since the WLS primer is epoxy based, I'm guessing that I have to sand off the darker grey outer layer to expose the lighter grey material before recoating - but hoping not.  Any advice appreciated.  Thanks!
