What is the CCT?
 
If you meant a panel mounted flap switch, most in the 200/300 series Lancairs are spring loaded in both directions as are mine.   There are many situations where I would like to have a latching flap-up switch, especially after a crosswind touchdown.  I have considered wiring a parallel up latching switch so I would have a choice.  Then my brain starts to hurt and I just let it be.
