One of the things I did that I really like is putting the Chelton screen cycle remote on my Infinity grips.  I also have rudder and elevator on the coolie hat in two different airplanes and really like it...they're used more in prop airplanes than the aileron trim is.  I haven't hooked up the speed brake to the stick yet,  either.  I'd much prefer it on the throttle, but that ain't an option with a push/pull cable throttle....  I also like the flip flop radios, especially for formation work.  That being said you do need to confirm where your transmitting through as I've inadvertently swapped freq's more than once....
