I'm in the process of fitting the cowling on my Legacy.
Question:  If I use fuel tank sealer to coat the insides of the cowl, will
the coating suffer heat damage from the exhaust?

 Thanx

[Many folks are installing a Zetex liner to the areas inside their cowls that directly face the hot exhaust components.  This protects not only the interior finish but the structural integrity as well by insulating the exposed areas of the composite structure from the intense heat.  Install Zetex first then fuel sealer up to its edges.  FWIW.    <Marv>    ]
