    have you compiled your findings on the 6 accidents.

    although they all may be on lml somewhere I find it's useful to take another look each year because, joined with recent experience, there's new understanding to be had with each reading.

That is a topic for the Lancair forum (will be presented at OSH) and HPAT sessions. The short version is: get good training, follow the advice of the wise ones, stay out of thunderstorms, don't overload the aricraft, don't stall close to the ground and don't do anything stupid.
