From your experience, I would be interested on your commentary of the design of the panel and the equipment list, especially what I may be leaving out (what am I missing?!?) or any other considerations.

Certainly seems more than complete, BUT-----

 

Separate the gear and flap switches.  I suggest you put the gear switch among the gear down-and-locked lights.
