It's not too early to start planning events at Oshkosh this year. This year's Lancair Builders and Flyers Forum will be held on Thursday 7/27 at 1730 local (2030 UTC) at the Air BP Pavilion (# 4). As is customary, anyone who wants to pontificate on subjects related to Lancairs is welcome to join the show. If you desire to illuminate the stage, please let me know what your subject is, how much time you would like and what your audio visual requirements are. I recommend a USB thumb drive and powerpoint but, if you want to use hand puppets that is fine.

 

Personally, I would like to see presentations on:

 

1. Bill & Sue Harrelson on flying to Mexico and beyond.

2. Bob Patusek on building his super fine LIVP

3. Brent R. on anything he wants to talk about

4. Lynn Farnsworth, Scotty G and Grayhawk on air racing

5. Hamid on developing EFIS systems
