Recently I noticed a squeeling sound coming from the engine when I shut it down. After trying several ways to duplicate the sound, I noticed that when I hand turn the prop, I hear the sound just before the mags click so I assume it is coming from the mag. I have never heard this sound on any other airplane. Does anyone know if this is OK or does the mag require service or lubrication?
