 Latest two versions of Lightspeed headsets have the adapters.  They also can
 hook you up to music player - MP3 or CD with automatic music attenuation
 when there is radio traffic.  It is amazing.  Folks on the other end of the
 cell phone can't tell I'm calling from the airplane.  None of the engine
 noise gets through.
