To calibrate your pressure switch you don't need a manometer, you don't need
any long wires to calibrate in flight.
Simply plumb and wire the switch into your system, then put a 10' piece of
vinyl tubing on you pitot tube and blow gently into it while watching your
airspeed indicator. You will find it easy to see exactly what speed trips
the switch.
