Here's what I have so far…

Anyone that wants to fill out the form and submit it to the database.

Currently the users don't have a way to delete their entry but that's 
not a hard thing for me to do.

After I get some information in there I can see what I can do with it. 

I put a couple fields in there that require you to enter longitude & 
latitude (I put a link on the form for a website to get that info at if 
you don’t already have that memorized)... This is so I can get little 
markers to place to something like frappar. We'll see how that goes...
