The standard experimental GPS provided within the Crossbow 425 or the new Pinpoint Inertial do not support Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM), and only provide position, velocity and time to the EFIS.  Chelton, when equipped with the FreeFlight WAAS GPS, provides full integrity monitoring and can be used for stand-alone, sole-source LNAV & VNAV navigation.
