I have two Bose-X.  Comfortable, quiet, and the thinnest around (for tall
guys who otherwise hit their head).  No problems.  Love them

I did the upgrade to the new thinner battery/volume control a couple years
back.  They were a bit overwhelmed with the requests back then and it took
two months to fill my order.  No problem, the originals still worked fine.
When the new boxes/cords came they also gave me a free set of the normal
audio noise canceling headsets ($250 retail) for free in the box just for
the delay - outstanding service!
