  I might have what you are looking for.  What I have is called ICOM switch 
box
HS-20sb, it has two small probes to plug into the hand held radio with two
plug in adaptors to fit regular airplane headsets such as David Clarks. There
is a spring loaded transmitter switch that clips to your shirt or whatever.
