I'm running fuel lines in my Lancair IVP.  Lancair now recommends a flexible 1/2" line from the fuel selector to the fuel pump and from the fuel pump to the gascolator.  I have the makings of one of the two lines from Lancair.  Very high quality 1/2" fittings in two parts for each end to be attached to a section of stainless steel braid covered hose.  Now I can read directions on how to make a suitable fitting as well as the next guy...I guess.  I really have less worry about the low pressure side (Fuel selector to fuel pump.  Although an air leak there might be blot in an otherwise good day.).  But the high pressure side might be a different matter.  I wonder what other listers have done for that section of pressurized flexible fuel hose within the cabin.  I might even consider having a professional make a hose.  Or maybe there are off-the-shelf hoses I could use. (Aeroquip?)
