What test does the Test switch perform? Is it wired to the Dukes pressurization controller? Thanks, Clark Still (NY, very close to done - can put the panel in once I get this Test switch question answered). Hi Clark, On my L4P I have the push to test switch and as far as I know it only tests the Cabin Pressure Warning Light system. When I push it on preflight it takes a second and then my Warning light comes on. I installed this light and one that shows Boost Pump at 10K ft. going up and coming down if I forget to put the Low Boost on, going up, or off on desent. It is a big noisy problem if you forget to turn it on going up. I know.
