Has the increased air density and cold temps set up a new situation (shrinkage) that doesn't exit in warm weather? Did you cover your oil cooler so that no cooler air is making its usual exit near the strut? How did your latest cold-weather in-flight emergency gear check sound at slow speed? Did you remove or add the bail around the rear of the nose wheel? Did you recently replace your hearing aid batteries? Is your noise canceling headset working? Has your Tinnitus been overly agitated by too much caffeine? What should I look for? A possible trip to Florida to see if the noise is temperature independent. Higher medication dosage. Ear plugs.
