In response to Robert Simon and for those looking for specifics regarding training and the availability of pilots, ABDAR's, etc.  I suggest you first go to the HPAT, Inc. website first, call Pete second and third, call Kim Lorentzen at Lancair should the first two sources of information not completely answer your questions.
