Vern,  We want to publicly tell you how much we appreciate your help over the past several years.  Your attitude, knowledge and willingness to assist have been a great help as we continued to build the ES. 

 The company is losing a very valuable asset and the Guard is the big gainer.  I  wish you all the best in the next couple years and a really enjoyable retirement when that day comes!
