Tom -

We are not flying yet so I can't say we have or have no interference from the WxWorx/tablet/blue tooth system.

Sounds like a real mystery to me. Does your tablet have a receiver for a wireless netwoork? Might turn that off first. Also, is it the WxWorx receiver or a blue tooth gps antenna/receiver?

I did fly with a friend in a 182 and took the system along. We had the WxWorx antenna near one of his other antennas and we got some interference. We moved the antenna to the windscreen near the BT gps and it went away.

Keep us posted. Sounds like the gremlins may be common to all of our airplanes.

John

Does anyone have similar results or know of other ill effects from having Bluetooth in the cockpit.  BTW, before WX WORX, I did not have any Bluetooth or any other RF transmitting from the Tablet PC.  During this time (about 1 year), I had no squelch problems at all.

Thanks,

Tom
