Ideas? Thinking... >> RTV silicone works great for stuff like that. Don't use the "100 percent silicone" type though, as it is not as adhesive. Just use a bean sized blob or two after it's screwed in place, you don't need to use much, then it's easy to remove if you need to get the switch loose again.
