Hi folks,
Last Sunday, I landed N360ZR with only two (2) green lights. No, I did not
join the 'those who have it' club but it was a little bit disconcerting to
see only two green lights instead of the expected 3-green. I pulled some
light g-manuevers and yawed the aircraft a bit and the green light would
flicker a bit. Indicated to me as a micro switch problem and it was.
After landing, I discovered that the left gear micro switch has move ever so
slightly upward, enough to allow me to push a minute amount of travel on the
switch. The right micro switch did not have any switch movement at all. So,
I loosened the small screws that hold the micro switch and readjusted the
switch.
We should try and figure out some way to safety these switches that would
not allow them to move, however small. Ideas? Thinking...
You may want to add this small item to your pre-flight check as I have. And
the list keeps growing...

P.S. I am beginning to dislike my N-number. Try saying it three times in a
row, quickly: Three-Six-Zero-Zulo-Romero, Three-Six-Zero-Zulo-Romero,
Three-Six-Zero-Zulo-Romero. See what I mean? Controllers hate it.
