Carl -
The Motion 1400 I have is really a fast and capable machine. You can get it with a 20, 40 or 60 gb HD and up to a gb of memory. I have the 40/512 combo and the 1.1 processor option. The bios seems stable, and I do not have any trouble locking on to my home wireless net - better than my wife can with her laptop. However, the Blue Tooth seems to me to be the one that needs some additional refinement - probably by both the input folks (gps ans WxWorx) and the receptor (Motion Tablet). No evidence; except that it always is involved in the problem (no gps or no WxWorx).
Thanks for your comments. They all help.
John
I had a Motion computer when they first came out and it was a nightmare to operate from crashes, BIOS errors. It was also very slow and the wireless feature was unreliable. Hopefully all these are solved in the newer Motion computers.
