Greetings all,

Initially, I had been planning to utilize the nylaflow tubing which came with my kit, for only that portion of the system from the fluid resevior to pilot brakes, to co-pilot brakes, then to parking brake valve. From the parking valve to brake calipers will be DH Instruments tubing, but I am now inclined to keep nylaflow out of the system altogether...

So my question is this, what is the best proceedure for filling the system with brake fluid and how can I make sure all air is removed? I am specifically concerned about the lines between pilot and co-pilot sinced they are routed up and over the nose gear tunnel and could potentially trap air.

Of course, the simple solution would be to do away with brakes on the co-pilot side, but that would be too easy!

Thanks,

Angier Ames
