Yes.  I hate it.  When I moved to Chapel Hill two years ago, I lost my hangar.  No hangars are available here and I park my plane outside during the summer.  Consolation is that the airport is only 2 miles away.  Winters it goes to another airport 30 minutes away, but since I don't fly as often in winter it is tolerable.
 
The birds crap on the tail and it turns to glue in just days.  The wax looks dull in just a couple of weeks, and it's impossible to keep it clean.  Other than that, it seems fine.  I bought a FULL cover for the plane, but have only used it once (want to but it?).

Anyone have any experience parking their Lancair outside for any extended period. I'm thinking of leavivg mine out for the summer. It gives me closer access. 10min. vs 1hr.
