I paid about $100 to have the Lancair Logo digitized by a local embroiderer in three sizes.  The files are suitable for headrests or even floor mats.  She doesn't give the file to anyone else.  But the cost to sew it is about $10 or $15.  I also got a release from Kim at Lancair to use the logo.  It was for my own personal use, not to make a bunch of items for sale.  I'm sure Kim would agree to you guys sending me some leather and having it embroidered in whatever color you choose. I had my floor mats done with the tail number below the logo.

 

If you take the artwork to your local shop, they'll have to digitize it for another $60 to $100.
