Rob, Claudette, etc.,

Either a FAST or FFI card will work.  Either card states that you can 
fly formation in waivered airspace.  The only delineation the 
signatories make is that FAST cards are given in warbirds, and FFI in 
non-warbirds.  However, once you have the card you can fly anything in 
formation.
