For you Legacy builders:

Is the Lancair supplied landing/taxi lighting adequate?  It seems to me as
close to the fuselage as they are that you'd get some big shadows unless
you mount on both sides.

I would think the best wing-mounted option is the wingtip.

I also think the best option overall is to mount in the cowl someplace.

What are you guys doing?

PS Since I'm building a Legacy FG the Tim Ong offerings pose a mounting
challenge, but not an insurmountable one.
